Hello my name is Eric Estrada and I have some important information to share with you. The jobs that Baby Boomers and Generation X trained for years ago have disappeared and most of them are not coming back.

Technology has replaced millions of workers and demanded new skills that too many older Americans just don’t have. One of the largest problems we are face with in 2012 is how to replace lost jobs with new earnings opportunities and provide much-needed training.  

What people need today is hope and opportunity. The direct selling business model has always had a competitive advantage in the training that it offers, both in business and personal skills. It allows people to be retrained while they pursue something new. It gives people an opportunity when no one else will. Direct selling offers people the skills and tools to create new income and to venture out on their own as entrepreneurs and grow in confidence versus being consumed by the fear associated with a shrinking job market.

What is most appealing about becoming a direct seller is that anyone can do it. Millions of families around the world use earnings from their direct selling businesses to help aging parents, to make monthly car or mortgage payments, take family vacations, send their children to private schools and universities or just to purchase a few luxuries for themselves.

Now the choice is yours; there is nothing wrong with watching TV, surfing the internet or sitting around and doing nothing at all. In fact, if you don’t take time to relax then you’re going to have trouble giving your best effort on a daily basis.

But there is definitely something wrong with claiming that things are a "scam" or you have “tried everything” and “nothing seems to work” when you have chosen to play video games, surf the net  or sit and watch TV each night.

There are more resources then ever before to you become successful and to prove that Direct Selling works. The challenge is, knowing whom to trust and what company to get involved with.
